Currently, only users who registered with an email address can independently reset their user account password.
Registered by Email Address
If you registered with an email address, from the sign-in screen, click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link and enter the email address you used when you registered. You will receive an email that provides further instructions on how to reset your user account password.
Registered by Mobile Phone Number
If you registered with a mobile phone number, you will need to either contact your dispatch office or FuelNOW Support and have them reset your password for you.
