Reset your password within the portal

Currently, only users who registered with an email address can independently reset their user account password. 

This article is relevant if you know your current password and can log in to the portal. If you forgot your password, please visit this article

1. Log in at

2. Click on your profile icon in the upper-right hand corner and then User Profile


3.  Under your information, click on Reset Password


4. Then enter your Current Password, New Password, and Confirm New Password


5. Click Save when done.
