Why can’t I make changes to my order anymore?

If you just attempted to make a change to an order, but instead of being able to make those changes you had to submit a request for changes.  Don't be alarmed.  Anytime an order has been dispatched to a carrier, it is necessary to ensure all parties are appropriately updated to evaluate if the changes requested are feasible.  Once the requested changes have been reviewed, you will receive a notification letting you know if those requested changes were accepted or rejected.
