Most of the time when mobile apps freeze it is due to a couple of reasons. The app:
- Requires access to a service or server and that connection has been interrupted
- Requires more resources than are currently available on the device
This app requires a very small amount of resources and has an offline feature allowing the application to work without continuous access to the FuelNOW servers. However, if the app is frozen on your device, you can close it even if you are in the middle of completing an order. Once you log back in, the order you were working on will still be accessible and all the information you entered will have been saved.
