I just signed up, why can’t I see my orders?

If you are seeing the screen below…don't worry.


During the sign-up process, you selected the carrier company that you work for.  As a result, we sent a notification to registered members of that carrier company requesting that they confirm your employment and grant you access.  Once your access has been granted, any orders assigned to you and any unassigned orders dispatched to your carrier company will appear in place of this screen.
