When using a mobile device, apps you are interacting with can freeze at times. If this circumstance happens when using the FuelNOW Driver Mobile App you can try this to address this:
- Locate the HOME button at the bottom of your mobile device and select it.
- The home button should bring you to multi-tasking page where you will see all your apps that are currently open on your device. Select CLEAR ALL which ultimately closes out other apps you currently have open simultaneously.
- Re-open the FuelNOW app.
- When re-opening the FuelNOW app it should have saved where you left off.
